Custom Synthetic Brushes
The possibilities are almost endless when it comes to designing an industrial brush. The process begins with your problem or need. You can benefit from our years of experience, whether our engineers offer helpful advice or assist along the way in the design process. Samples are made and shipped. However, the process is not complete until success is confirmed and you are ready to place your first order.

Static Elimination
Our static eliminators are extremely successful at removing static charge from paper and other materials. Conductive acrylic fiber has a sharper end point than materials used by competitors, making it more effective. UltraStat™ static elimination brushes can be attached to a bracket or applied with adhesive.

Assembly Line

Ultrafab recommends our reusable brushes for applying grease or other lubricants to assembly line machinery and flexible strip brushes for other industrial assembly line applications.

Holding Items
A flexible strip brush using a mixture of monofilament and softer fibers could be the answer if you are moving delicate items down a conveyor. The density and diameter of the bristles can be modified depending on the weight of the item. Customize the trim height for a perfect fit.

Covering Gaps
Items can fall into unprotected gaps, cause mechanical failure, and potentially be dangerous. These items could be tools or even a product (or part of a product) to be sold. Use a flexible strip brush to fill gaps in your assembly line to prevent any mishaps or lost revenue.
