Flexible strip brushes

Flexible strip brush is unique because its flexibility results from a patented SurfaceMountFill™ continuous manufacturing process. This method welds polypropylene or nylon monofilament and or yarn fill directly to backing of the same material on a molecular scale for a one-piece product that eliminates fibers pulling out.

Our innovative brush manufacturing technology has several advantages over most currently available brushes:

Flexible strip brush
Allows for use with curved surfaces or insertion into a channel for more rigidity.

Storage and application of the flexible strip brush are easier too. The flexible strip brush is available on a roll, cut it to any length with no limitations or scrap.

Non-shedding
Ultrasonic welding precisely places and securely holds bristles in place.

Two different filament types, together in one brush with no gaps or staples.
